Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize Azure resources, network, servers, and security systems for performance, scalability and cost efficiency.
- Administer and manage the company’s budget on infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure and Office 365 environments to meet organizational needs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Ensure proper documentation is in place
- Participate in the annual performance assessment of the service team
- Monitor the efficiency of the team’s ticketing system
Experience
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, Azure infrastructure, and operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Maltese & English speaking ideally)
- Ability to develop and implement strategic IT plans.
- Previous experience managing a technical team will be considered a plus
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 50,000 – 60,000 EUR
