You will be leading and managing a team of Tier 1 support engineers, making sure all the support requests are handled correctly remotely or on-site. You will mentor and guide the support engineers, and also handle IT services and support issues with Microsoft, servers, O365, VMware, Azure, and networks.

You will:

  • Manage and lead a team of Tier 1 support engineers
  • Make sure your team is handling all the support requests as required
  • Handle IT support and solutions with Microsoft, servers, VMware, Azure, networks
  • Mentor and guide the team members

 

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience with Windows administration
  • Experience with servers and network infrastructure
  • Experience with VMware and Azure
  • Microsoft certifications or CCNA preferred

 

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 35,000-45,000
