Data Governance Specialist – Expanding Company

I’m recruiting an experienced Data Governance professional to get involved in setting up a new area within the data office, focusing on Data Governance and Data Quality across the business. The organisation is going through a large-scale data and digital migration, and part of this is ensuring the neccessary data processes are in place.

 

As Data Governance Specialist, you’ll collaborate with the team in ensuring the correct use and keep of data across the organisation. You’ll be liaising with stakeholders of all levels, and act as ambassador for data across the business.

 

The successful Data Governance Lead will spearhead the Data Governance team within the company, solid knowledge of Data Governance is required, as well as experience leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively work towards correct use and keep of data across the company 
  • Be an ambassador for Data Governance across the organisation
  • Manage communications with stakeholders and external authorities

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Technical knowledge of Data Governance practices
  • Experience leading a team
  • Strong communication and client facing skills

 

Salary / Remuneration Package:

 

The salary is up to between €50,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. Hybrid, remote and flexible working is also on offer.
