Responsibilities:
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives
- Provide prompt resolution to technical issues
- Enhance performance and reliability of deployed devices
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis on trends
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in IT Support or similar role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary Range: EUR 29,000 to 35,000 (depending on experience)
