You will:
- Install and configure banking applications and the SWIFT portal.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely support.
- Perform testing to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Work with internal teams to enhance application performance and efficiency.
Skills / Experience:
- Diploma or degree in IT
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with SQL
- Experience with commercial ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, Therefore, etc.)
- Previous experience in application support
Salary / remuneration: €25,000 – €35,000 Gross Per Year
