Responsibilities:

  • Ensure uninterrupted service by monitoring and maintaining the stability of global payment systems.
  • Tackle and resolve technical issues, using problem-solving skills to dive deep into root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to address and resolve technical challenges, ensuring their systems operate seamlessly.
  • Provide swift and effective resolutions by escalating complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant system owners.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1+ years of foundational experience in technology, combined with a strong desire to learn and develop further in the role.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with MS Excel.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in building strong relationships, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Salary / Remuneration: €20,000 – €24,000 – Depending on Experience. Includes private health, dental, and life insurance.
