In this Recruitment Consultant role, you’ll lead and execute the recruitment delivery process in your specialism. What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients in the IT market
- Source and deliver high-caliber candidates for partnered clients
- Advertise roles and screen CVs through various media outlets
- Manage candidate and client expectations
- Gain valuable market insights
- Manage your own desk in a fast-paced environment
- Meet and exceed KPIs and goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or third-level qualification
- 1–2 years of professional experience in preferably in any kind of sales environment.
- Client or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Ambition and drive to develop your career
