Position Overview:
As an Internal Recruiter specializing in recruiter recruitment at Archer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented recruiters who will drive our organization’s success. You will collaborate closely with our management teams to ensure we have the right recruiting professionals in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs.
- Source, screen, and interview recruiter candidates.
- Build a strong pipeline of talent.
- Create a fantastic candidate experience.
Who are you?
- Agency recruitment experience is a plus but not required – we welcome career changers too!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and able to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
