This well-established organization continues to attract high-quality clients who want to use one of the leading people management software on the market. They are now looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to ensure that the growing demand is met with excellent service and delivery.
The Software Implementation Consultant will be the main point of contact for the clients. You will gather requirements and processes from the client to fully understand their need and ensure that the development teams have top-notch documentation to make a successful and tailored configuration of the software. Leading the implementation, user training, creating training material, and educating new users will be a vital part of being successful in this role.
You will:
- Engage and gather client requirements to identify internal processes and generate high-quality functional documentation
- Test and ensure that configurations are meeting the business needs before implementation
- Provide training material, user training, present relevant software updates, and new functionalities
Skills/Experience:
- Solid Business Analysis experience implementing & supporting ERP/Software solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have relevant experience with Projects and Presentations
Salary / Remuneration: Depending on Experience
