You will:
- Identify and analyse clients’ technical needs, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Lead system configuration and design, utilizing the latest tools, including K2’s drag-and-drop features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and creating opportunities for repeat business and new sales.
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and the successful implementation of solutions.
Skills / Experience:
- Extensive experience in software development (preferably .NET, Java, Python, SQL)
- Deep understanding of business processes, system configuration, and technical solution delivery
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- This Senior technical business analyst position requires an IT background.
Salary / Remuneration: €26,000 + (Study Leave, Hybrid work)
