I’m working with a Malta-based software development company that creates tailored solutions for the importation and distribution industries. They’re growing and are looking for a skilled Python Developer to help drive key projects forward.
In this role, you’ll develop data-driven applications and automation tools using Python, working with technologies like OCR, Computer Vision, and optimisation algorithms. You’ll also maintain systems that support well-known brands.
It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and work on impactful projects as part of a supportive and talented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build robust Python-based applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Implement Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Computer Vision solutions.
- Utilise Linear Programming techniques.
- Enhance and improve existing software systems.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong Python backend development skills.
- Understanding of Linear Programming and its applications.
- At least 1 year of Python backend development experience.
- Bonus skilsl: Redis, Celery, and RabbitMQ
Salary / Remuneration Package
- Junior level: €35k
- Mid level: €40k- €45k
- Senior level: €45k+
- Parking Available
