This is an opportunity for a Senior ERP Business Analyst to join a long-established and highly respected multinational group, with operations across eight countries. As part of its ongoing growth and focus on operational excellence, the group is seeking a driven ERP Business Analyst to become a key member of digital transformation initiatives.
You will have the chance to support the upgrade and rollout of the Group’s new ERP system. Your role will involve evaluating and enhancing current business workflows while collaborating with solution providers to drive improvements. This position offers the opportunity to influence business efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.
You will:
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives within the ERP environment.
- Apply deep process expertise across business functions to elevate operational performance.
- Collaborate on strategic international projects, with opportunities to travel and engage with multicultural teams.
Skills / Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and the ability to drive strategic improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an assertive and solution-oriented approach.
Salary / Remuneration: €36,000 – €42,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car allowance, Hybrid working, Healthcare, Bonus
