This Senior DataOps Engineer position is with an established and growing technical hub of a global organisation. This company is dominant globally in their industry and is extremely well-resourced to ensure that this new technical hub will be successful in delivering solutions, offering career development opportunities and employment stability.
The organisation is investing in a cloud-native, data-driven platform to advance maritime safety and sustainability. You will form part of this newly created team and contribute to the strategy, design and development of the data infrastructure and workflows. There are opportunities to fast-track your career in this environment.
This DataOps Engineer role is ideally suited to a Senior Engineer with experience in cloud environments, CI/CD, and data governance, looking to have meaningful impact in a highly collaborative and purpose-driven team.
You will:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
- Collaborate with Head of Data Engineering to define and drive strategy
- Drive the development of a modern, secure, and scalable data platform.
Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years in DataOps, or Data Engineering roles.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred).
Salary / Remuneration:
- Starting salary of €50,000 – €60,000
- Remote working policy: 2-3 days/week from home
- Global remote working policy: 3 months working abroad per year
