What you have:
- Previous experience in recruitment consultancy or client facing roles
- Proven record on professional achievements (able to meet targets and KPIs)
- Adaptability and a desire to embrace new challenges – become a specialized Recruiter!
- Willing to relocate to a sunny location like Malta to build a strong career there
- Bachelor’s degree (beneficial)
Compensation + Extras:
- Total Compensation: €35-40k (Base + Commission) typical for year 1
