Your day-to-day:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels – post your job ads and be creative!
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates – get in touch with various industries and foster the network.
- Match candidates to appropriate roles based on their skills and experience – being on the phone is a plus!
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Work towards individual and team targets to achieve success.
You are THE ONE that has:
- 1-2 Years of Experience in a client facing role like sales, B2B sales, customer support, customer services, outbound sales (beneficial)
- Client/Customer-Facing Experience – you’re the master of building relationships
- Professional English level
- Ambition and desire to Develop a Career in Recruitment
- Results-Driven & KPI-Focused – Achieve & Exceed Your Goals!
- Concrete intention to Relocate to Malta (EU passport holder)
