Within this organization you will join the systems team where you will be tasked with systems support duties concerning remedying common sources of technical issues such as network issues. Here you will collaborate closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues for users across the organisation while proposing new ideas on how technologies can be utilised to improve the business.

As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be tasked with:
- Configuring and managing infrastructure and services to support software deployment and scaling.
- Assisting the Systems Team in resolving technical issues
- Troubleshooting both System and hardware faults and performing root cause analyses
- Monitoring and Maintaining ICT Systems for customers & dealing with them in a polite & professional manner
Skills/Experience:
- 2-4 years of Experience in a Systems-Oriented Role
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Servers, Hardware, Storage, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft InTune, Defender, VMWare, Backups (Veeam), TCP/IP concepts
- Azure Exposure & Driver’s License would be advantageous
Salary / Remuneration:
€30,000 – €40,000
