Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, server OS, IT security, and backup solution.
- Provide 2nd level support across different departments
- Contribute towards IT hardware procurement
- Assisting in Network installation and Configuration
- Upkeeping of the Technical inventory and documentation.
Experience
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in server virtualization technologies
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues.
- Previous experience with Ticket Management systems is essential.
Salary / Remuneration: 28,000 – 36,000 DOE
