This reputable local company seeks experienced IT Support Executives to join their expanding team, driven by increased service demand. You’ll gain experience with modern technologies like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
You will be collaborating closely with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth running of the company. As well as getting guidance from the manager to help you develop your skills and take your career to the next step.
You will be getting the opportunity to get involved with the real-time demands of the service. As well as the opportunity to work with a high-impact company and deliver a vital service.
You will:
- Provide technical support across hardware, software, network, and other IT-related problems.
- Assist in improving security protocols.
- Provide User account management such as activating and deactivating user accounts.
Skills/ Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory
- Driving Licence
Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 – €33,000 + Benefits Package
