A global tech organization is seeking a Head of DevOps to lead and elevate their DevOps department, overseeing the strategic development, deployment, and operational execution of their systems and software solutions. This senior role is ideal for a leader with extensive expertise in PHP, WordPress, cloud infrastructure, systems architecture, and DevOps methodologies, combined with a proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale systems in a dynamic, international context. Your role will be critical in driving the company’s technological excellence and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering high performance and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategic automation and infrastructure solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Manage and optimize WordPress environments and PHP applications, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Experience:
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing WordPress environments and PHP-based applications is essential.
- Proven track record of leading DevOps teams and managing large-scale cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) and automation processes.
Salary / Remuneration: Up to €100k (DOE)
