A leading tech organization is seeking an accomplished DevOps Manager to lead and drive their DevOps function, ensuring seamless integration of development, testing, and deployment processes across all platforms. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the DevOps team to support the development, deployment, and operation of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software delivery.
- Oversee system reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps processes and ensure security best practices are upheld.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab, and solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
