Key Responsibilities:
- Customise and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ensuring alignment with workflows, security, and GDPR.
- Engage with stakeholders to implement best practices, and deliver training on CRM
Skills & Experience:
- Proven CRM administration experience
- Experience with Dynamics CRM (highly beneficial)
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Background in financial services is advantageous.
