A fast-growing iGaming company is looking for a hands-on, visionary CTO to shape its technology strategy and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry. In this pivotal leadership role, the CTO will drive the tech vision, spearheading high-stakes projects that power next-generation gaming experiences and optimize operational efficiency.

Ideal for a leader with a blend of strategic vision and technical depth, this role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and IT operations within the iGaming landscape. The CTO will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, bringing innovation to life and aligning technology initiatives with ambitious growth and customer-focused goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Technology Strategy: Define and drive a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, prioritizing innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage in the iGaming space.
2. Oversee Full Technology Stack: Manage the DevOps, software engineering, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations, security, and efficient delivery of high-quality products and services.
3. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and key departments to ensure technology initiatives support broader business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
4. Lead Product Innovation and Compliance: Oversee the development of cutting-edge gaming products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and the highest standards of data security.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as a CTO or in a similar capacity within the iGaming industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (especially Azure), Linux, CI/CD processes, and automation tools, with a hands-on approach to complex technical challenges.
• Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in creating and executing technology strategies that drive growth and innovation in a global, fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €150,000+ (DOE)
