The need for IT professionals is still experiencing robust demand across all industries. Organisations are focusing on building and growing their technical teams which has resulted in healthy competition in attracting the best calibre of IT candidates.

The IT industry in Malta seems to be unaffected by global developments (e.g., conflict and Covid-19) and the demand for good quality IT professionals is still solid in Malta.
